What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

In Ireland delivery should be free, but you will need to check this out on the items web page, you may also need to check the sellers terms and conditions, To Europe and the rest of the world you will also need to check out the sellers web page along with their terms and conditions.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All major credit cards are accepted.

How long will delivery take?

It is up to the individual seller, as it will be shown in the items web page

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All items will be shipped with Insurance, so if it arrives faulty there will be claims process, you will need to contact the seller on their web page to start this.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will order the goods from us, and we pass your order onto the seller, they will email you confirmation along with how long the item takes to leave their premises and an estimate on how long delivery will take. Once the item has been shipped the supplier will send you a tracking number and you should be able to track the item this way.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. It will be automatically sent to the email address you supplied when checking out. Should you require a reprint, please use our contact us page and we will send you out another one.
